Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

Claims must be raised within 48 hours at support@metaversebookshop.com.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Products are delivered immediately upon successful payment through:

  If you do not receive your files, we will promptly resend them upon request.
